1.  Supply Chain Analyst/Logistics Analyst
  • Design and develop scientific supply chain systems and procedures applying principles from Industrial and Operation Engineering, understand the product-flow process, simulate by C queue model and coordinate scheduling/strategy to control detailed production schedules
  • Work with sales and marketing departments to coordinate strategic inventory segmentation, stock/non-stock classification; coordinate with mechanical and manufacturing engineers in designing jobs for machines and operators to meet required production rates and troubleshoot production problems
  • Analyze seasonality and statistical characters of market demands and safety stock levels to determine and maintain optimal inventory levels and execute stock re-order algorithm by using Q-r Model and S-s Model
  • Initiate and develop estimated costs algorithm and provide the arithmetic of product manufacturing costs
  • Enhance production performance by implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and 7S; develop and recommend improved methods and procedures to result in cost reduction and control, capacity increase, scrap reduction and quality improvement
  • Devise efficient logistics management system to ensure delivery of goods per committed timelines; implement Value Stream Analysis, Takt Time Math, and other Lean Manufacturing System best practices to achieve optimal production scheduling and throughput
  • Perform logistical testing, research and forecast market trend regarding supply and demand related to the raw materials and end items; negotiate with logistical providers and make transportation decisions to achieve maximum ROLA (Return on Logistics Asset)
  • Manage company resource allocation, cost of goods, transportation logistics and other cost components to identify cost saving opportunities for further process improvement
    Skills Required
    This position requires experience with Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, 7S, ROLA, Market and cost algorithms and foreign customs declarations.
    Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, logistics or a directly related field required. Masters degree preferred.
2.  Creative Designer - Immediate Opening
  • Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash, After Effects), Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Capable of employing design/software skills to create web pages, commercial advertisement in print or other media, product illustrations and retail packaging.
  • Photography, video editing, and exhibit design experiences is a plus.
3.  Computer system analyst on business application development and web application development
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in, C#, or C++ development language, familiar with SQL Server, MySQL database environment development.
  • More than 2 years of experience with WEB development using PHP, JavaScript and AJAX. Solid knowledge of MVC Zend framework will be a bonus.
  • Competent in business/data modeling and user interface design.
  • Proficient in database design and optimization; proficient in developing technical/operating instructions.
  • Experienced in applications integration with Microsoft Office suite software.
  • Familiar with Windows 2008/2003 domain environment client machine, printer and other devices setup.

  • Mechanical Engineering Familiar with 3D modeling, GD/T, part design; understand manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, plastic injection, etc; able to conduct product testing and define quality assurance requirements.
