Meet Team Leapers

Nick Till is a 2-time National Service Rifle Champion from Michigan and a cornerstone of the High Power community, with over 38 years behind the rifle. In 2007 he was one of the first civilians to win the NRA National Service Rifle Championship, returning to win it a second time in 2025. Widely respected and deeply trusted among competitors, his shooting career is defined by sustained excellence, with major national honors including the DuPont Trophy (2005, 2007), National Garand Match titles (2012, 2022), and both the Pietroforte Trophy and John C. Garand Trophy (2022, 2023). He is a 14-time member of the President's 100 at Camp Perry and development partner to the Leapers product engineering team. 

James Fox is a 3-time National Service Rifle Champion from Oregon, also on Team Berger, part of the Capstone Precision Group that includes Berger Bullets, Lapua Cases, and VihtaVuori powder. He first started shooting competitively at age eight and shattered precedent when he became the youngest person and first civilian to win the NRA National Service Rifle Championship in 2004. He was the first civilian to win CMP Board Week Championships with the Mountain Man Trophy in 2019 and has won all currently existing CMP Cup matches from Nationals to Eastern, Western, and New England. In 2021 he became the first civilian to shoot a perfect score of 800 out to 600 yards with a service rifle and he is the 2025 CMP National Service Rifle Champion. 

Conrad Young is a regimented Service Rifle competitor who has had a meteoric rise, known for his commitment to mindfulness, practice, and performance on a daily basis. He earned his Distinguished Badge in less than a year and was runner up and High Civilian in the prestigious President's 100 Rifle Match in 2025 after less than 3 years of competitive shooting. He has won the Texas Service Rifle Championship and 2 Texas State High Power Championships in his home state. In 2025 he took First Civilian at the CMP Talladega 600 as well as the CMP Talladega Spring Classic EIC regional matches. 

Roy Mitchell is a lifetime member of the Ohio Rifle and Pistol Association and has been shooting competitively since 2002 across 3 Gun, Precision Rifle, Pins, Across the Course (XTC), Mid Range and Long Range. He went CMP Distinguished in 2016 and has won numerous Ohio state championships  the season-long Triple Crown (2023, 2024) and Mid Range championships held at Camp Perry in 2025. He is a 2X Solider of Marathon Winner with multiple CMP National League wins and has been in the President's 100 7 times, making the Top 20 Shootoff 3 times.

Randy Olds earned his Distinguished Rifleman designation in 2020 and was the Elihu Root Medialist in 2025 as a top scoring civilian member of the National Civilian Rifle team. He lives in Ohio where he shoots with Roy on the Ohio Rifle and Pistol Association Service Rifle team and is lead coach of the Junior Rifle Program. Randy's shooting philosophy reflects his commitment to technical precision and strong troubleshooting. He is a 2X Soldier of Marathon Winner with a 5-Year President's 100 Streak, including a Top 20 Shootoff Finalist in 2025.
