Legal Compliance Notice
Leapers, Inc. — Livonia, Michigan
Effective Date: July 17, 2026
Purpose
Leapers, Inc. ("Leapers," "we," or "the Company") is committed to operating in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the manufacture, sale, and distribution of firearms accessories. This Compliance Notice is intended to inform customers of legal requirements that may apply to the purchase, possession, and use of products sold by Leapers and its UTG®, UTG PRO®, INTEGRIX®, Accushot®, and Accushot Pro™ brands.
This notice applies to all orders placed through leapers.com and through authorized Leapers distributors and retailers.
Important: Before completing any purchase, please be aware that firearms accessories are subject to a complex framework of federal, state, and local laws. As the customer, you are responsible for independently verifying that any product you order is lawful to purchase, possess, and use in your jurisdiction. Certain products - including suppressors, magazines, muzzle devices, and specific accessory configurations - may be restricted or prohibited where you live. If you are unsure whether a product is legal in your area, consult a qualified attorney before ordering.
Federal Law Overview
The purchase, possession, and use of firearms accessories in the United States are subject to federal regulation, including but not limited to the following:
- The Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), 18 U.S.C. §§ 921–934
- The National Firearms Act of 1934 (NFA), 26 U.S.C. Chapter 53
- Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Regulations and Guidance
U.S. Export Control Laws
Certain Leapers products, including, but not limited to riflescopes, optical sighting devices, weapon-mounted lights, laser aiming devices, and other accessories, may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
- International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
- Customer Obligation. The export or re-export of Leapers products without proper authorization from the U.S. government may constitute a violation of federal law. Customers are solely responsible for determining whether an export license or other authorization is required before exporting or re-exporting any Leapers product to a foreign destination. This includes transfers to foreign nationals within the United States (deemed exports). Violations of U.S. export control laws may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Firearms accessory regulations vary significantly from state to state. Certain products offered by Leapers may be restricted, regulated, or entirely prohibited in specific jurisdictions.
The following states are known to impose significant restrictions on firearms accessories, though this list is not exhaustive. Company Responsibilities and Limitations
Leapers is committed to complying with all applicable laws governing the sale and shipment of firearms accessories. Leapers does not knowingly process sales or shipments that are prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Where Leapers has actual knowledge that a product cannot lawfully be shipped to a particular jurisdiction, Leapers will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
However, customers should understand that Leapers is a manufacturer and distributor of firearms accessories - not a licensed firearms dealer, law enforcement agency, or legal advisor. Leapers does not have the ability to independently verify each customer's eligibility to purchase or possess specific products under all applicable laws. The legal permissibility of any purchase depends on numerous factors specific to the customer, including but not limited to the customer's age, residency, legal status, the intended use of the product, and the specific configuration of the firearm to which an accessory will be attached.
Leapers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion where the Company believes in good faith that fulfillment would violate applicable law.
Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with Leapers, Inc. or any authorized retailer, you represent and warrant that:
- You are of legal age to purchase firearms accessories in your jurisdiction.
- You are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from purchasing, possessing, or using the product(s) ordered.
- You have independently verified that the product(s) ordered are legal to purchase, possess, and use in your jurisdiction, including any restrictions that may apply based on product configuration or the firearm with which the product will be used.
- You will not use any Leapers product in a manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to assembling a firearm configuration that would constitute an unregistered NFA firearm.
- You will not export or re-export any Leapers product in violation of U.S. export control laws.
It is your sole responsibility to know and comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to your purchase before completing a transaction. If you are uncertain whether a product is lawful in your jurisdiction, do not complete the purchase until you have obtained appropriate legal guidance.
