Leapers, Inc. warrants that all products conform to published specifications and are free from defects in material and workmanship. Leapers, Inc. will repair or replace, at our discretion, a defective product for the duration of the product’s lifespan. In the event of a product being discontinued, credit for the product’s MSRP may be offered.


Our warranty does not extend to theft, loss, deliberate, accidental, or cosmetic damages, negligence, misuse, disassembly beyond normal maintenance, or any unauthorized repair or alteration.


Please take caution when purchasing products on the secondary market. A Leapers product that is purchased secondhand is always at the buyer’s own risk. We cannot guarantee that the product you purchased is genuine without a serial number or complete with all necessary parts unless returned and inspected.


Leapers reserves the right to confiscate counterfeit products based on our intellectual property rights and usage and always recommends purchasing Leapers products through reputable retailers.


To submit a warranty case please follow the following steps:

  1. Complete and submit the Warranty Request From.

  2. Fill out all necessary fields and describe the product issue you are having to the best of your knowledge. The more detailed the description of the issue the better.

  3. If possible, please attach/upload your purchase receipt, online invoice, etc. for the product at the bottom of the form. Doing so will expedite the warranty process and confirm product authenticity, in addition to confirming the place of purchase as an authorized Leapers dealer.

  4. If you experience issues or have difficulty attaching/uploading your documents and images, please continue filling out and submitting the form. A customer service rep can assist with this later.

  5. If you have any other technical difficulties that keep you from submitting a warranty form, please call us at (734) 542-1500.

  6. Our customer service representatives will contact you within 24-48 hours.

  7. Please DO NOT send us any item(s) without first having an issued return authorization number (RA#) provided to you by one of our customer service reps. Returns will not be accepted without an RA# and will be returned to the sender.
