SCOPE ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Scope Assembly Technician to support the assembly, calibration, and quality control of precision riflescopes and optical devices. This role plays a critical part in building high-performance optics to meet strict quality, mechanical, and optical standards.
The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical aptitude, patience, discipline, and exceptional attention to detail for precision work, along with the ability to follow structured assembly procedures in a controlled environment. Assembly & Production (Training Provided)
- Perform lens cleaning using cleaning solutions with noticeable odor as part of the assembly process
- Perform precision assembly of riflescopes and optical components in a dust-free controlled environment, including:
• Erector tube systems
• Windage and elevation turrets
• Ocular and objective lens groups
• System assembly and calibration - Execute torque-controlled fastening and component installation per specifications
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all assembly steps
Optical Calibration & Adjustment (Training Provided)
- Perform diopter adjustment and optical clarity verification using dioptometer
- Align reticle to optical center using collimator systems
- Calibrating reticle leveling and preset windage and elevation adjustments to mechanical zero
Quality Control & Inspection (Training Provided)
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections, including:
• Surface condition and cleanliness
• Lens quality and coating inspection
• Mechanical functionality (turrets, illumination, adjustments) - Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain documentation of inspection results and production records
Workplace & Process Discipline
- Maintain a clean, dust-controlled work environment
- Handle optical components with care to prevent contamination or damage
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures
- Participate in training programs and continuous skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training or associate degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience preferred in:
• Precision assembly
• Optics, electronics, or mechanical manufacturing
• Firearm optics experience is a strong plus but not required

AUDITOR
Specialize in business accounting by conducting auditing accounts and recording the business transactions of the company, ensure the financial records of the company compliant with financial regulations, laws, and policies, as well as communicate quantitative data to decision-makers by displaying knowledge of best financial practices and business acumen.
- Develop AFR report and dashboard of financial model in ERP with financial ratio analysis functions built-in
- Conduct data audit for general ledger, part class, product group, gross margin, etc.

CNC OPERATOR
This position is responsible for making high precision CNC machine and polymer injection parts. The operator will run multiple machines and is responsible for the loading, unloading, measuring, and inspecting finished machine parts. Machine Operators must follow manufacturing operation instructions and comply with safety rules, company shop floor SOP’s and quality disciplines.

This position is responsible for inspecting finished parts, perform modular sub-assemblies, fitting and final assembly of finished product. Company will provide supporting training and mentoring program to each new hire to inspect, measure, assemble and ensure finished product meets all specifications. Assemblers must follow manufacturing operation instructions and comply with safety rules, company shop floor SOP’s and quality disciplines.

Product Design Engineer
The Product Design Engineer is responsible for research and development of new shooting and hunting related products. This position will work with a cross-functional team from sales and marketing, product lifecycle management, supply chain and manufacturing to develop and document comprehensive technical specifications, and provide engineering details through design, prototype, and production for both new product development and existing product enhancement.
- Working knowledge of and experience with mechanical designs for firearm accessories
- Proficient in SolidWorks software with Solid Modeling, Assemblies, Exploded Views, Bill of Materials, Templates, Layers, Configurations, and Drawings
- Familiar with failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), design for manufacturability and assembly (DFMA), and stress/fatigue analysis
- Working knowledge of and experience with materials, tools, fixtures, precision gauges, manufacturing processes and machining operations, and finishes
- Ability to read, interpret, create, and modify mechanical drawings, models, assemblies, and bill of materials
- Experience with dimensioning and tolerancing using GD&T best practices (ASME Y14.5)
- Capable of operating precision measuring devices needed for design activities
- Understand the Engineering Change (EC) process for updating models, assemblies, and drawings for new and existing products
- Work with manufacturing to review and address design issues as well as implement cost reduction ideas
